Pharmacies that do not have a qualified electronic signature may conclude contracts traditionally. The changes, which were introduced at the beginning of April, are the result of a successive digitisation process that is expected to make it easier and tidier to conduct proceedings of all kinds and open up new opportunities for the economy.
